Carahsoft Technology Corporation June 1, <br />2026 <br />Page 5 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />• Conduct up to five (5) discovery meetings with functional leads, teams and other key stakeholders as directed by <br />Client to review examples of a SharePoint Intranet and document requirements for the five <br />(5) identified departments. <br /> <br />• Educate and demonstrate standard industry practices of potential future-state structure of SharePoint <br />and Teams. <br />• Outcome from these sessions will be identifying the future state for the five (5) departments. <br /> <br />• Obtain the required, brand-specific logos, colors and graphics to be incorporated into the new solution for the out- <br />of-the-box SharePoint theme. <br />• Design and review environment. <br /> <br />• Develop information architecture (IA) based on identified requirements for the identified five (5) departments. <br />• Including one (1) home design and five (5) departments designs, including page designs (templates). <br />• As part of the templates, RSM will provide steps to utilize automation to copy these templates as new sites <br />for deployment, as outlined in the IA document from the previous workstream. <br />• Develop a permissions matrix for the IA with identified existing, or to be created, security groups. <br /> <br />• Hold a stakeholder meeting to review proposed structure and collect feedback. <br />• Update build documentation based on feedback from the stakeholder meeting. <br />• Perform a formal review and get approval for designed plans. <br /> <br />Phase II—Intranet Configuration <br /> <br />Based on the requirements identified, RSM will configure sites based on the approved designs. During this phase, the Client <br />stakeholders will be responsible for populating updated content, such as news, files and events. Items to be configured are below: <br />• Building out the new home page. <br />• Building out the department sites with libraries, lists and content types. <br /> <br />• Five (5) departments. <br />• Two (2) to four (4) libraries or lists per site. <br /> <br />• Building out one (1) search center for documents. <br />• Assign permissions from existing active directory (AD) permission groups or newly created groups. <br /> <br />• Client will validate permissions. <br /> <br />• Hub navigation specific to requirements. <br /> <br />• This includes navigation that is to be utilized across the environment (global navigation). <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 92A8AC8D-B190-8D2E-8035-C0C20FD36F77
