Additionally, Client will coordinate migration timelines internally to lessen operational disruption. <br />• RSM will provide up to thirty (30) hours of support during the broader production rollout for remediation <br />and technical guidance. <br />• Migration batch responsibilities: <br /> <br />• Initial migration and second – RSM managed (mapping, remediation and communication). <br />• Third and fifth batches – RSM lead, Client executed (RSM managed (mapping, remediation and <br />communication)). <br />• Sixth and beyond batches – Client managed fully, RSM supporting using the support hours identified <br />above. <br />Phase V: Communication and Training <br /> <br />RSM will support pilot adoption with proactive communication and customized training: <br /> <br />• A detailed migration runbook will be created outlining key dates, team responsibilities and user impact. <br />• RSM will coordinate messaging before, during and after the migration phases, including helpful guides and frequently <br />asked questions content. <br />• RSM will create a video recording of SharePoint Online navigation, collaboration, permissions and department site <br />management. <br />• RSM will propose policies for site provisioning, permission requests, content lifecycle and naming conventions <br />aligned with Microsoft 365 standard industry practices. <br />• This will be included in the information architecture document as well as the necessary scripts (if applicable) for <br />deployment. <br />Deliverables <br /> <br />• Departmental migration maps (source to SharePoint target). <br />• Permissions matrices (current versus proposed model). <br />• End-user SharePoint online training recording. <br />• Migration runbook. <br /> <br />Workstream II – Intranet <br /> <br />RSM will assist in the review, planning and implementation of SharePoint as an intranet solution. <br /> <br />Phase I: Intranet Discovery and Requirements <br /> <br />• Identify stakeholders and department advocates for the five (5) departments. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 92A8AC8D-B190-8D2E-8035-C0C20FD36F77
