Carahsoft Technology Corporation June 1, <br />2026 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Phase I: Requirements Gathering <br /> <br />• Deploy the inventory tool. <br />• Inventory of up to thirty (30) terabytes (TB) of network storage content. <br /> <br />• Performed via inventory tools and the final spreadsheets of content will be reviewed by identified department <br />stakeholders. <br />• Review existing Teams and SharePoint sites to be included in proposed architecture. <br />• Should the engagement team identify additional content sources in excess of thirty (30) terabytes (TBs), RSM will <br />inventory the repositories and propose an estimated effort to complete these migrations. <br />• Present key engagement stakeholders and department advocates and/or champions. <br /> <br />• Client is responsible for determining engagement stakeholders at the start of the engagement. <br />• Significant delays in stakeholder selection may impact RSM’s ability to deliver a thorough solution in a timely <br />manner. <br />• Engage in up to ten (10) discovery sessions, with various business stakeholders across up to ten (10) different teams, <br />previously identified by Client’s team on these findings, exploring the potential for any content to be archived or <br />restructured. RSM also plans to discuss any external sharing or collaboration needs. <br />• Departmental discovery sessions (one (1) hour in length) will follow the below sequence: <br /> <br />• Engagement overview and content questionnaire review. <br />• In-depth review of questionnaire answers (by department). <br />• Workstream 0 deliverables will be utilized during these sessions. <br /> <br />• Proposed architecture review. <br />• Subsequent feedback and review sessions (up to two (2) rounds). <br /> <br />Phase II: Design <br /> <br />• RSM will utilize data collected during requirements gathering to design future state implementations. <br /> <br />• Ultimately, Client will be responsible for any business decisions about how such content will be structured in <br />SharePoint. <br />• Develop an information architecture for the destination M365 environment. <br /> <br />• RSM’s information architecture will contain the sites, libraries and security groups as well as Microsoft <br />(MS) Teams. <br />• Following the designed Information Architecture, RSM will implement prior to the following phase (migration) <br />• Develop a security re-alignment strategy that secures migrated content according to a new content governance <br />strategy. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 92A8AC8D-B190-8D2E-8035-C0C20FD36F77
