This Board recommends programs, policies, expansions <br />and reductions of services, and other matters related to the operation of the Orange County <br />Solid Waste System, and furthers such missions and goals for the System as the County may <br />adopt. <br />Ms. Bonnie L. Norwood was appointed by the BOCC in 2001 for a partial term which expires <br />this month. She is eligible for reappointment and has requested same. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Ms. Bonnie L. Norwood to a first full three-year <br />term on the Solid Waste Advisory Board with a term expiration date of June 30, 2006. <br />
