W e do not s pot prime areas being stained. <br />- W indow glazing if we are painting windows. <br />- Puttying, caulking, and wood filling as needed. W e only caulk areas that were previous ly caulked and are m is sing or failing. W e only rem ove caulking that is <br />failing. <br />- Masonry Patching where needed. Please Note** Masonry patching will not m im ic the current texture of the m asonry surface. <br />This level of prep DOES NOT include (Unles s specified otherwise in this proposal) the following: <br />- W ood replacem ent <br />- Fixing im perfections that require feather sanding and bondo applic ation. <br />- Full recaulking if c aulk is not failing or mis sing. <br />- Resculpting trim and s iding where damaged. <br />- Stripping existing s urfac e coating. <br />CLEAN UP <br />Daily: Ladders are taken down and stored in a designated area along with all other tools and s upplies . All debris <br />will be s wept and removed from the property or deposited in the appropriate trash rec eptac le according to the <br />custom er's preference.
