She said that the county is borrowing to replenish its cash reserves. She asked <br /> if the resolution is for the first part of the series. <br /> Gary Donaldson said Series B will come back to the Board on July 9. <br /> Chair Hamilton said the whole amount is$60 million for phases 1 and 2. <br /> Gary Donaldson said yes, it is the combined series A and B. <br /> Commissioner Bedford clarified that the Board is having a public hearing tonight, and then the <br /> Board will vote on a resolution for Series A. <br /> Donaldson said this resolution is for Series A and B. He said they will come back with the final <br /> issuances on May 19 for Series A, and July 9 is Series B. <br />
