36 <br /> Orange County, NC I CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT I CONFIDENTIAL DRAFT <br /> EXHIBIT D - GMP AMENDMENT TEMPLATE <br /> GMP Amendment No. <br /> This GMP Amendment("Amendment") is entered into as of the day of 20 , by and <br /> between the Orange County, North Carolina ("Owner") and ("CMAR"), and <br /> amends the Construction Manager at Risk Contract dated (the "Contract"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, the CMAR has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Work as described herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board has approved the GMP by resolution dated ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to formalize the GMP and authorize commencement of Phase 2 Construction <br /> Services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1.
