2 <br /> prequalification, bid process management, and the development of the Guaranteed Maximum <br /> Price ("GMP"). <br /> The contract with Samet is broken into two (2) phases: pre-construction services and construction <br /> services. The Board is only asked at this time to approve Phase I at a cost of $193,339. Upon <br /> completion of the design and bidding process, Samet will submit a GMP to the Board for review <br /> and approval before proceeding with construction. <br /> The CMAR fees for the project are shown in the table below. The fees will be based on the GMP, <br /> which the Board will adopt at the completion of the bidding process. Additional funds are included in FY 2026-27 for <br /> the renovation of the Link Center for $15,514,576.
