She said that the county is borrowing to replenish its cash reserves. She asked <br /> 10 if the resolution is for the first part of the series. <br /> 11 Gary Donaldson said Series B will come back to the Board on July 9. <br /> 12 Chair Hamilton said the whole amount is$60 million for phases 1 and 2. <br /> 13 Gary Donaldson said yes, it is the combined series A and B. <br /> 14 Commissioner Bedford clarified that the Board is having a public hearing tonight, and then the <br /> 15 Board will vote on a resolution for Series A. <br /> 16 Donaldson said this resolution is for Series A and B. He said they will come back with the final <br /> 17 issuances on May 19 for Series A, and July 9 is Series B. <br />
