Evaluation <br /> activities will follow evidence-based frameworks, ensuring early identification of substance use <br /> risks, timely interventions, and effective referrals to treatment. <br /> Engaging the Priority Population <br /> Latino youth, young adults, and caregivers, and others with high rates of ACEs, will be actively <br /> involved in shaping the evaluation process through advisory councils and feedback sessions. <br /> Youth and caregiver input will inform survey design, outreach approaches, and interpretation of <br /> findings, ensuring that evaluation metrics are culturally responsive and meaningful to the <br /> population served. <br /> Data Collection and Client-Level Reporting <br /> EI Futuro will collect client-level data on demographics, substance use, co-occurring mental <br /> health conditions, services received, and medications for opioid use disorder, in alignment with <br /> NCTOPPS reporting requirements. Data will be captured through EI Futuro's secure electronic <br /> health record system and SBIRT tracking forms.
