We will have conduit stubs at the future <br /> units to make the installation simple. <br /> Excluding the 5-year warranty extended, we have removed this and used the standard <br /> 2-year warranty to fit the budget. <br /> All material is guaranteed to be as specified unless changed or substituted by Owner or <br /> Owner's Representative.All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner in accordance <br /> with accepted standard practices.Any alterations or deviations from the contract plans and <br /> specifications involving additional or extra costs will be executed only upon written <br />
