Project 7 proach <br /> The field team uses the Project U <br /> Master Schedule to develop 3 <br /> week look ahead schedules for <br /> management of near term goals <br /> with the subs on site while using <br /> the Master schedule for planning <br /> of material and labor needs that <br /> are further out. <br /> TRACKING AND REPORTING <br /> Samet believes in providing a meaningful summary <br /> of the information all stakeholders are interested in <br /> on a regular basis. The exact content and format is <br /> catered to each project, and depending on the project's <br /> needs this is typically month or bi-monthly and may <br /> include any/all of the following information to be <br /> presented in a concise and easy to understand format: <br /> o Project Progress in the last period, Report on <br /> weather impacts and overall Schedule update. <br /> o Report on Project Documentation Submitted <br /> (Submittals and RFI's), including items due from <br /> the Subs, Samet, designer, or owner. <br /> o Summary report of any potential cost issues that <br /> would affect the Owner's budget(IE Changes). <br /> o Summary report of open/closed QA/QC inspection <br /> items. <br /> o Summary report on weather impacts incurred <br /> within that calendar month. <br /> o Risks and Opportunities for the project. <br /> RFQ 367-005466 /The Renovation& Construction of Sheriff's Office Facilities <br />
