Contractor to provide fully engineered project plan sets to Pisgah Energy <br />(samantha.kegley@pisgahenergy.com) for approval prior to submitting permit applications. <br /> <br />Permitting <br />1. Contractor to provide all required permits and any supporting documentation, including structural <br />engineering, required for permitting. <br /> <br />Roof Warranty <br />1. Existing roof warranties must be maintained. Contractor to provide documentation from the roof <br />manufacturer stating that the existing roof warranties are still intact and in effect after the solar <br />installation is completed. <br />2. The roof manufacturer at Southern Human Services is Johns Manville. <br />a. Johns Manville can be contacted via 800-922-5922 <br />Submittals <br />1. Contractor to submit to Pisgah Energy (nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) all submittals <br />required per the plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Submittals <br />2. Contractor to submit to Pisgah Energy (nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) all submittals <br />required per the plans and specifications. <br />3. Contractor to provide structural engineering as required in the specifications and as necessary for <br />permitting. <br />4. If not already included with the proposal, Contractor to submit the company safety policy to Pisgah <br />Energy (nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) for approval prior to beginning work on site. <br />5. Contractor to submit site hazard assessment and site-specific safety plan to Pisgah Energy <br />(nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) for approval prior to beginning work on the site. <br /> <br />Utility Interconnection <br />1. Contractor will provide final single line drawings, including any changes in equipment and <br />including solar module and inverter models and ratings, to Pisgah Energy (samantha.kegley@ <br />pisgahenergy.com) prior to beginning work on site. <br />2.
