ORANGE COUNTY <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />Orange County, NC <br />Asset Management Services <br />RFP-367-OC5478 Orange County Solar Installation for Southern Human Services Center <br />BID DOCUMENT <br />SOLAR INSTALLATION FOR CEDAR GROVE COMMUNITY CENTER <br />Orange County Asset Management <br />Proposal of 8Msolar LLC (hereinafter called "BIDDER"), organized <br />and existing under the Laws of the State of North Carolina, doing business as <br />Limited liabiuty Company *, to Orange County, North <br />Carolina (hereinafter called "OWNER"). <br />*Insert "a corporation," "a partnership," or "an individual" as applicable. <br />In compliance with your Advertisement for BIDS, BIDDER hereby proposes to <br />perform all WORK, in strict accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, within <br />the time set forth therein, and at the prices listed below. <br />By permission of this BID, each BIDDER certifies, and in the case of a joint BID, <br />each party thereto certifies as to his own organization, that this BID has been arrived at <br />independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement as to any matter relating <br />to this BID with any other BIDDER or with competitor. <br />BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a <br />date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT <br />within the specified consecutive calendar days thereafter, as provided in the General <br />Conditions and the Bid Schedule. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the <br />amount stated in the Bid Schedule for each consecutive calendar day work is done beyond <br />the completion date, as provided in the General Conditions. <br />BIDDER acknowledges receipt of the following ADDENDUM: <br />1,2,3x4 <br />BIDDER agrees to perform all the work described in the CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS for the following unit prices or lump sum:$326,903 <br />Three hundred twenty Six thousand nine hundred three dollars <br />NOTE: BIDS shall include sales tax and all other applicable taxes and fees.
