The reasons for this policy <br />2999 1 are to allow Excellance: (1) to better engineer and manufacture the vehicle by obtaining the <br />3000 1 parts in advance, (2) provide better control over tracking the delivery of all parts and getting the <br />3001 1 part to the correct vehicle for which it is intended, and (3) it allows Excellance to better adhere to <br />3002 1 its production schedule. Disruptions in our production schedule are very costly and wasteful in <br />3003 1 terms of labor. Therefore, exceptions to this policy will result in a charge of $250.00 per part <br />3004 1 supplied by any dealer or customer PLUS the appropriate labor charge for installing any such part. <br />3005 Note: Excellance does not warrant the installation of customer supplied parts installed by Excellance! <br />3006 1 Excellance waives the $250 "parts charge" for two-way radio equipment, radio antenna, and cots. <br />3007 1 <br />3050 1 <br />3051 1 Payment Terms: <br />3052 1 <br />3053 1 Payment to be Cash Upon Delivery F.O.B. Once the unit is in production, <br />3086 1 each change will result in an engineering fee of $250 in addition to the price for the change. <br />3087 1 <br />3088 1 Failure to select an option on this order form will result in: (i) no charge to the Customer, <br />3089 1 (ii) no obligation by Excellance for that item, and (iii) the possibility, at Excellance's sole election, <br />3090 1 of a $250 charge for each change or addition that occurs after production begins on a vehicle. <br />3091 1 <br />3092 1 Review this order carefully.
