ORANGE COUNTY ABC BOARD <br /> Proposed Meeting Minutes <br /> Thursday April 30, 2026, 2:00pm <br /> Location: 601 Valley Forge Road Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Scheduled attendees: <br /> Judson Williamson, Board Chair ABSENT Ron McCoy, Finance Officer <br /> Melvin Green III, Vice Chair Julie Mebane, Board Secretary <br /> Mike Zito, Member- ABSENT Rhonda Ashe,Human Recourses <br /> Timothy Feeney, Member <br /> Jennifer Sykes, Member <br /> Earl McKee, BOCC Liaison-ABSENT <br /> Call to order: at 2:00 pm, a quorum was present and Mr. Green, Board Vice Chairman, called <br /> the Board meeting to Order. <br /> Approval of the Open Meeting Agenda: Ms. Sykes made a motion to approve the agenda, Dr. <br /> Feeney seconded the motion and the vote carried. <br /> Vice Chair Election: Mr. Green nominated Ms. Sykes as the Board's new Vice Chair for the <br /> upcoming fiscal year. Vote was held and Ms. Sykes was appointed as Vice Chair. <br /> Retention Pay Policy: The board had a discussion regarding the retention policy. A new policy <br /> will be put in place starting July 1, 2026. The new policy is attached. <br /> New Store Hours: A discussion was held regarding store hour changes. The new store hours <br /> will be Monday- Saturday 10am-9pm starting July 1, 2026. <br /> Ms. Sykes made a motion to approve the neli,store hours, Dr. Feeney seconded the motion and <br /> the vote carried. <br /> At 3:29pm Ms. Sykes made a /notion to adjourn, Dr, Feeney seconded the motion and the vote <br /> carried <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Ahahr"sSignature and Date o rd Secretary's Signature and Date <br />
