Explanation of Services to be provided and to whom (include SIS Service Code): <br />Contractor will provide staff trained in NC FAST and program policy who currently <br />work in another North Carolina Social Services department to perform application <br />processing, recertification, and/or quality assurance functions. These staff will be <br />supervised by Orange County but identified and vetted by the Contractor. These staff will <br />be required to complete Daysheets for Orange County DSS. <br /> <br />C. Rate per unit of Service (define the unit): <br /> $39.00/hour for eligibility staff <br /> $41.85/hour for QA eligibility staff <br /> <br />D. Number of units to be provided: approximately 40 hours per week <br /> <br />E. Details of Billing process and Time Frames: Invoices and timesheets should be <br />emailed to Rebekah Rapoza, Fiscal Operations Manager (rrapoza@orangecountync.gov) <br />and Lakecia Robbins, Economic Services Program Manager <br />(lrobbins@orangecountync.gov) no later than the 15th of each month for expenses <br />incurred the prior month. Invoices may be submitted more frequently if preferred. <br /> <br />F.
