The intersection and road alignments on the Preliminary Plan shall meet NCDOT collector <br /> standards. <br /> 2. Homeowners Association documents that provide for maintenance of the Open Space <br /> shall be submitted w ith the preliminary plan. <br /> 3. Lot 1 shall have a joint driveway with the William Bird property, all other lots shall have joint <br /> driveways, <br /> 4. Show proposed dedication of an additional 5 feet of right-of-way, or 35 feet from C/L of <br /> existing R/W whichever is greater along Arthur Minnis Road on the Preliminary Plan. <br /> S. If this section of Arthur Minnis Road is unpaved at the time Preliminary Plat is submitted a <br /> condition to bring the road up to paved state standards will be recommended by staff. <br /> 6. Show five-foot utility easements along both sides of all dghts-of-way.
