Benedict: Growth control--There was an item that talked about a report that went to the Orange County <br /> Board of County Commissioners about what actions are necessary to be done for the growth control <br /> moratorium. You'll notice the underlined area, What the Commissioners asks at their last meeting was <br /> that we need to identify and define the type and scale of a large development project and that they want <br /> the Planning Board to have some input giving details and parameters. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 011: INFORMATIONAL ITEMS <br /> a. Board Appointments <br /> b. How Ordinance changes are initiated and processed <br /> c. How Planning Board members can participate in joint board <br /> task forces Regulation Change Procedure <br /> d. Topic areas and Subcommittees and associated concerns <br /> The Planning Board will take these items home for review and discuss them at the next meeting. <br /> Waterston Project will be added to the Agenda and there has been a Public Hearing in <br /> Hillsborough and will be a Td Public Hearing on September 19 so there will be time for me to unfold <br /> information about that.
