9 <br />XI.SECTION HEADINGS/CONSTRUCTION <br />Section headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience only and are not intended <br />to affect the interpretation of this Agreement. The word "including" shall mean "including <br />without limitation". The Agreement shall be construed as if drafted jointly by the parties and <br />no presumption of burden of proof shall arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of <br />the authorship of any provision in this Agreement.
