2 <br />3.Withdrawal of a student from an assignment may be requested by either party <br />at any time upon notice to the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Facility <br />retains the right at all times to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of its patients <br />and the orderly operation of its facilities and shall have the right to immediately <br />remove a student from an assignment when the student's performance is detrimental <br />to a patient's well-being or to the orderly operation of the Facility. <br />4.University and Facility will plan appropriate consultation conferences to <br />coordinate students' clinical schedules. The Facility will allow faculty/staff <br />members of the University to visit the Facility and students. Such visits shall be on <br />terms mutually agreed upon by the University and the Facility in advance. <br />5.Each party hereto shall designate an employee to serve as liaison between the <br />University and the Facility.
