Tax Collector's Partial FY 2025-26 Settlement for July 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 <br /> The Board: <br /> 1) Received the Tax Collector's partial settlement on current and delinquent taxes for Fiscal <br /> Year 2025-2026 through March 31, 2026, based on the retirement of Tax Administrator <br /> Nancy Freeman as of March 31, 2026; <br /> 2) Approved and authorized the Chair to sign the resolution for the accounting thereof; and <br /> 3) Approved, authorized the Chair to sign, and issued the Order to Collect to the Acting Tax <br /> Collector for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025-2026. <br /> c. Enhanced Voluntary and Voluntary Agricultural District Designation — Multiple Farms <br /> The Board approved applications from four (4) landowners/farms to certify qualifying farmland <br /> within the Caldwell and Cedar Grove Agricultural District Regions; and enroll the lands in the <br /> Orange County Farmland Preservation Program's Enhanced Voluntary Agricultural District or <br /> Voluntary Agricultural District program. <br /> e. Services Contract Award for Animal Services and Whitted Complex Fire Alarm Systems <br /> Replacement <br /> The Board: <br /> 1) Approved the County entering into a service contract with Siemens Industry, Inc. for the <br /> replacement of the Animal Services and Whitted Complex Fire Alarm systems; and <br />
