She asked for feedback from all the commissioners <br /> on the idea. <br /> Commissioner Carter said at the prior meeting she proposed a pilot with two <br /> commissioners sitting informally with community members in both Northern and Southern <br /> Orange County. She said that approach did not appear to have broad support among the Board <br /> and acknowledged there may be other avenues worth considering. She said she remained open <br /> to various approaches but invited discussion on whether there was appetite for a pilot program <br /> of that nature. <br />
