CAPKOV is the fee owner of New Lot 1, containing 1.81 acres and New Lot 3 <br /> containing 9.61 acres, more or less, as shown on a map and survey prepared by TIMMONS GROUP <br /> and entitled "Recombination Survey, Prepared for Capkov Ventures, Inc.", dated June 3, 2025 and <br /> recorded on June 24, 2025 in Plat Book 129, Page 39, Orange County Registry, to which reference is <br /> made for a more particular description of same(collectively the"CAPKOV Property"). The PIN for <br /> New Lot 1 is 9873-52-0371 ("New Lot 1"); and the PIN for New Lot 3 is 9873-42-3183 ("New Lot <br /> 3" <br /> B. ORANGE COUNTY is the fee owner of New Lot 2, containing 5.01 acres, more or <br /> less, as shown on a map and survey prepared by TIMMONS GROUP and entitled "Recombination <br /> Survey, Prepared for Capkov Ventures, Inc.", dated June 3, 2025 and recorded on June 24, 2025 in <br /> Plat Book 129, Page 39, Orange County Registry, to which reference is made for a more particular <br /> description of same (referred to herein as the "COUNTY Property" and"New Lot 2").
