27 <br /> EXHIBIT H <br /> NEW LOT 1 AND NEW LOT 3 PROHIBITED USES <br /> i. laundry or dry-cleaning establishment, <br /> ii. casino,gaming room or off-track betting establishment; <br /> iii. adult book store or any form of adult entertainment; <br /> iv. a bingo parlor; <br /> V. skating rink,amusement park,carnival or circus <br /> vi. a business which would emit or produce noxious fumes,hazardous wastes,gases or loud noises;provided <br /> that odors and noises typical of uses customarily included with a Hospital, Medical Outpatient Services, <br /> Medical Office,General Office,Restaurant,and Child Care Facilities shall not be prohibited; <br /> vii. an establishment selling or exhibiting pornographic materials; <br /> viii. any bar,nightclub,discotheque or dance hall; <br /> ix. a mobile home park,trailer court, labor camp, or mobile home sales lot(except that this <br /> provision shall not prohibit the temporary use of construction trailers during any periods <br /> of construction,reconstruction,or maintenance); <br /> X. a mortuary or funeral home; <br /> xi. a distilling,refining,smelting,industrial,agricultural,drilling or mining operation; <br /> xii. a junk yard,stock yard or animal raising operation; <br /> xiii. a dump or disposal,or any operation for the incineration or reduction of garbage of refuse; <br /> xiv. flea market; <br /> xv. a massage parlor and/or exotic dancing; provided this shall not prohibit massages in connection with a <br /> beauty salon,health club or spa,athletic facility or massage therapy facility; <br /> xvi. a pawn shop; <br /> xvii. cannabis dispensary,vape shop or tobacco store; and <br /> xviii. Other uses inconsistent with a first-class facility. <br />
