3 <br /> [Departmental Use Only] <br /> TITLE <br /> FY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT RFP/RFQ <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> This Services Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"), made and entered into this 1st day of <br /> July, 2026, ("Effective Date") by and between Orange County, North Carolina a political <br /> subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter, the "County") and Tradebe <br /> Environmental Services LLC, (hereinafter, the "Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That the County and Provider, for the consideration herein named, do hereby agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Services <br /> a. Scope of Work. <br /> i) This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is for services to be rendered by <br /> Provider to County with respect to (insert type of project): Provide household <br /> hazardous waste collection from two Orange County Solid Waste Management <br /> Department locations weekly. Namely, Eubanks Rd Waste Recycling center <br /> located at 1518 Eubanks Rd Chapel Hill and Walnut Grove Waste Recycling <br /> Center located at 3605 Walnut Grove Church Rd. Hillsborough, NC. Services <br /> include training staff on packaging HHW materials, provide reports as listed in <br /> the RFP 367-005468, provide motor oil, oil filter, gasoline, pesticide, paint, <br /> waste antifreeze, and other acceptable material collection from those two sites, <br /> ensuring that collection is performed once every week as to not cause the County <br /> to be in non-compliance with its permit with the State of NC. Should provider <br /> miss weekly collection, a monenitary penalty will be assessed by the County not <br /> exceed $250 dollar per day of non-collection. The County can waive this penalty <br /> should the vendor presents a rationale that is acceptable to the County in writing. <br /> ii) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br /> qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br /> required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br /> timely manner. <br /> iii) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> iv) The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br /> described and designated in Section 3 hereof.
