She asked for feedback from all the commissioners <br /> 8 on the idea. <br /> 9 Commissioner Carter said at the prior meeting she proposed a pilot with two <br /> 10 commissioners sitting informally with community members in both Northern and Southern <br /> 11 Orange County. She said that approach did not appear to have broad support among the Board <br /> 12 and acknowledged there may be other avenues worth considering. She said she remained open <br /> 13 to various approaches but invited discussion on whether there was appetite for a pilot program <br /> 14 of that nature. <br />
