He also noted that the schools receiving the first <br /> 14 projects are also getting the last project, which helps even out the average timing of funding across both <br /> 15 districts. <br /> 16 Commissioner Bedford said she doesn't believe there will be enough money to fund a third school. <br /> 17 Kirk Vaughn acknowledged the uncertainty but noted that the pay-go is flexible and that districts <br /> 18 could choose to direct more pay-go toward the major projects rather than smaller district building repairs. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br />
