What went well: Allowing residents to ask questions/concerns during presentation <br /> allowed more accessibility. Staff also able to help moderate discussions. <br /> What could be improved: <br /> Content: Knowing what the schedule is this year, can be presented to folks for <br /> feedback. <br /> Alycia —Allowing people to be engaged during the discussions allowed people to <br /> feel their time was valued. As we will have another one with people already <br /> positively experiencing one, awareness of the next one should allow for more <br /> community participation. <br /> Time:Well-spent. <br /> Agenda: <br /> - Sharing similar information for this time would be useful. LHA was the timely <br /> topic for the last meeting, perhaps HOME funding allocation could be shared <br /> this time.
