What went well: Allowing residents to ask questions/concerns during presentation <br /> allowed more accessibility. Staff also able to help moderate discussions. <br /> What could be improved: <br /> Content: Knowing what the schedule is this year, can be presented to folks for <br /> feedback. <br /> Alycia —Allowing people to be engaged during the discussions allowed people to <br /> feel their time was valued.
