Or where do the conditions need to be modified? <br /> 25 <br /> 26 James Bryan: So, I think you'd be safe with just having it in the conditions. The findings of fact should reflect what <br /> 27 the facts are, but the facts are now the site plan, so if you see the square is the scale are to show, <br /> 28 too small, that was what was projected, and that is what requires the condition to have, to be what it <br /> 29 is. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Beth Bronson: All right. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Leon Meyers: So, then the conclusion to the motion could just confirm the modification of the conditions?
