RAFTELIS 16 <br /> <br />Facilitated Public Meetings – In-Person <br />$5,000 per meeting (no cap on meeting size; includes feedback <br />solicitation from attendees). <br /> <br />If a public meeting is held outside the final interview process, <br />when the Lead Recruiter will already be on-site, then the <br />additional cost of up to $1,500 per day will be included for <br />recruiter/facilitator travel. <br /> <br />Leadership Coaching <br />We have a talented team of former local government and utility leaders who provide one-on-one coaching to <br />executives, department heads, and mid-level managers. The process includes setting goals, developing, and <br />executing a coaching plan, and individual coaching sessions. Local governments and utilities utilize this service to <br />help new leaders acclimate to their roles and responsibilities and adjust to the complexities of the organization. We <br />help leaders of varying tenures with navigating difficult conversations, improving their interactions with the <br />governing body and/or the public, building strong teams, and preparing future leaders within their organization. <br />The scope of a typical coaching engagement includes 30 to 40 hours of time from our team at a rate of $260/hour. <br /> <br />Facilitated Evaluations <br />Our team of seasoned former local government and utility leaders provide facilitated evaluation services for <br />governing body-appointed staff, including city managers, executive directors, general managers, and equivalent <br />roles. The process includes gathering input from each governing body member through one-on-one conversations, <br />an employee self-assessment, a 360-review (if desired), and a guided conversation for the governing body and <br />appointed leader in executive session (in accordance with all relevant open meeting laws), including goal setting for <br />the upcoming year. This objective process allows each member of the governing body’s voice to be heard and <br />ensures the executive receives meaningful, actionable feedback. Our team will prepare and provide a written <br />evaluation report.
