If selected, we will review this <br />timeline with you during our kick-off meeting and adjust as necessary when developing the recruitment plan. As <br />previously mentioned, we have the capacity to kick off this search immediately following contract execution on the <br />County’s desired timeline. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Our average recruitment process spans 14 to 16 weeks and is divided into three structured activities as outlined in <br />our scope of work and the graphic above. While we make every effort to complete our searches as quickly and <br />efficiently as possible, the schedule is dependent on interest, availability, and responsiveness from candidates and <br />the availability of key stakeholders at the County.
