She is known for her ability to <br />streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes <br />across multiple projects. <br /> <br />Kelsey graduated from the Honors College at Purdue University in West <br />Lafayette, Indiana, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in both Professional <br />Writing and Creative Writing, along with a Minor in Italian. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Niayla Hairston <br />RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST <br />Associate Consultant <br /> <br />PROFILE <br />Niayla joined Raftelis in 2024 after completing an internship with the firm’s <br />Executive Recruitment Team, where she supported numerous search <br />activities. <br /> <br />As a consultant, Niayla has played a key role in recruiting by helping <br />develop and coordinate critical components of the process.
