Additional Insured(s) <br /> <br />1. Section II Who Is An Insured is amended <br />to include as an additional insured any <br />person or organization for whom you have <br />agreed to add as an additional insured on <br />your policy in a written contract or written <br />agreement, but only with respect to liability <br />performed for that additional insured and <br />-completed <br /> <br /> <br />2. The insurance afforded to such additional <br />insured(s) described in Paragraph 1. above <br />is subject to each of the following additional <br />provisions: <br /> <br />a. The coverage provided to the additional <br />insured by this endorsement does not <br /> <br /> <br />(1) The period of time required by the <br />written contract or written agreement <br />described in Paragraph 1. above, or <br />10 years from the date of the <br />in Paragraph 1. above, whichever is <br />less; or <br /> <br />(2) Two years from the date of the <br />in Paragraph 1. above, if the written <br />contract or written agreement does <br />not specify the period of time. <br /> <br />b. The insurance afforded to the additional <br />insured(s) only applies to the extent <br />permitted by law. <br /> <br />c. The written contract or written agreement <br />must have been executed prior to when <br />occurs. <br /> <br />d. The following is added to Section III <br />Limits Of Insurance: <br /> <br />The most we will pay on behalf of the <br />additional insured(s) is the amount of <br />insurance: <br /> <br />(1) Required by the written contract or <br />written agreement described in <br />Paragraph 1. above; or <br /> <br />(2) Available under the applicable Limits <br />of Insurance shown in the <br />Declarations of this policy or <br />coverage part; <br /> <br />whichever is less. <br /> <br />This endorsement shall not increase the <br />applicable Limits of Insurance shown in <br />the Declarations of this policy or <br />coverage part. <br /> <br />B. Professional Liability Exclusion <br /> <br />With respect to coverage provided by this <br />endorsement, the following exclusion is added to <br />Paragraph 2.
