This <br />test typically occurs during the initial prep period if existing funds and capacity can be <br />marshalled for such activities. If not, the test will kick-off the initiative at the conclusion of <br />the prep phase. <br /> <br /> <br />Cost of Activities <br />Costs will be billed at a flat rate inclusive of time and travel.
