Clarifications <br />Siemens will be providing a Soft-Turnkey to the selected electrical contractor for this project who will pull <br />new cabling, demo existing Fire Alarm system/AOR and pull an electrical permit. <br />1.Electrical partner will use orange county lift, take required training and use RAM boards to prevent <br />floor damage. <br />2.Siemens Project manager must provide 24–48-hour notice of work-related areas to confirm access <br />with occupants. <br />3.Siemens will provide the fire alarm permit, review and not subject to county fees. <br />4.Fire watch can be up to 10 business days and is excluded from this project. <br />5.Siemens will need to be provided with architectural backgrounds in Auto CAD files, approved fire <br />protection report, and full set of construction documents, free of charge. <br />6.Owner will need to allow Siemens full and complete access to the property for the duration of the <br />project. <br />7.All scheduling and phasing will need to have the Owner's input and will require the Owner's <br />cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br />8.Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br />9.The majority of the work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, <br />6:00am to 4:00pm with a late start potential on Fridays between 2pm - 10pm. <br />Page 7 of 11 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 08E91030-922D-4709-869D-15E7C7C2215B
