Clarifications <br />1. Siemens will be providing soft Turnkey to the selected electrical contractor for this project. <br />2. Siemens will provide the fire alarm & electrical permit, review and inspection fees. <br />3. Siemens will need to be provided with architectural backgrounds in Auto CAD files, approved fire <br />protection report, and full set of construction documents, free of charge. <br />4. Owner will need to allow Siemens full and complete access to the property for the duration of the <br />project. <br />5. All scheduling and phasing will need to have the Owner's input and will require the Owner's <br />cooperation to complete during the allotted time. <br />6. Submittals may take between 4-6 weeks for approval through the Fire Department. <br />7. All work to be performed during normal working hours of Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm. <br />8. At this time, Siemens does not manufacturer weatherproof, low frequency chime strobes but offer <br />weatherproof horn/strobes.
