<br />Exhibit D <br />ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS COMMISSION AND FEE STRUCTURE <br />Revised April 3, 2026 <br /> <br /> <br />In order to support the creative success of our Studio Artists while ensuring the sustainability of the Studios, ArtsOrange, under the <br />operations of the Orange County Arts Alliance (OCAA), will operate under the following commission structure: <br /> <br />• SALES OF ARTWORK The OCAA will collect a 40% commission from the sale of artwork during monthly featured exhibits. <br />This includes work displayed in the Eno Arts Mill Gallery and the Eno Arts Mill Retail Shop, but not within individual artist <br />studios or in communal display spaces. Featured work will be entered into an inventory system and sales will be tracked. <br />Payments are processed within thirty (30) days of exhibit close or month-end. <br />• CLASSES Studio Artists hosting classes in the Eno Arts Mill Classroom will receive 60% of class fees.
