Accessibility <br />Develop strategies to increase access to electrification and <br />clean energy technologies for renters, moderate income <br />households, and potentially, low-income households. This <br />may include identifying gap financing tools and partners <br />(as referenced above). Contract amendments may be <br />made to support implementation of these strategies. <br />Central Pines and the navigation vendor <br />(lead) with input from participating <br />local governments (supporting role) <br />Identify barriers and propose solutions to improve <br />participation. <br /> <br /> <br />g.
