Triangle Sustainability Partnership Coordination <br />Schedule, organize, and facilitate Triangle Sustainability <br />Partnership meetings. Triangle Sustainability Partnership <br />members are local governments who are paying to be a <br />part of Electrify the Triangle. There may be a need to <br />engage additional stakeholders. Stakeholders can be <br />defined as representatives from state agencies, <br />community-based organizations, or other entities that will <br />help advance the work of Electrify the Triangle. <br /> <br />Central Pines (lead) <br />Maintain meeting agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up <br />actions. <br /> <br />Central Pines (lead) <br />b. Program Design and Facilitation <br />Facilitate collaboration around the design phase of Electrify <br />the Triangle, tailored to meet local and regional needs of <br />the Triangle Sustainability Partnership. Align program goals <br />with the Triangle Sustainability Partnership’s priorities. <br /> <br />Central Pines (lead) with input from <br />participating local governments <br />(supporting role) <br />Incorporate engagement into the planning and <br />implementation process and leverage related stakeholders, <br />sectors, and departments, including home repair <br />specialists, planning staff (permitting), among others. <br />Central Pines (lead) with input from <br />participating local governments <br />(supporting role) <br /> <br />Work through local government partners to engage <br />community leaders to foster trust and program credibility. <br />This will include creating an approach for how to reach out <br />to community leaders, which may look different for each <br />Triangle Sustainability Partnership member. *A community <br />leader can be defined as someone who has influence within <br /> <br />Central Pines and the navigation vendor <br />(lead) with input from participating <br />local governments (supporting role) <br />Docusign Envelope ID: FE7591C6-F85F-8EB3-812A-D3E9FE0DF997
