<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Triangle Sustainability Partnership <br />Electrify the Triangle <br /> <br />THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement ”) is made this 17th day of March 2026 <br />and is between Central Pines Regional Council (CPRC) and Orange County (County). <br /> <br />1. Purpose. <br /> <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to establish CPRC as the administrator and <br />implementor of the Electrify the Triangle project. This effort is a multi-jurisdictional <br />approach to electrifying residential units throughout the region, with the goal of <br />supporting the County's sustainability goals as well as its desire to reduce the energy <br />cost burden of its residents. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions <br />hereinafter expressed, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto covenant and agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />2. Services Rendered by CPRC. <br /> <br />a. See Exhibit A attached hereto and herein incorporated by reference (“Scope of <br />Services"). Work will be completed in a timely manner in full compliance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement, including proper documentation of work completed. <br /> <br />3. Funding. The County shall pay CPRC in one lump sum in the amount of $5,115 after <br />execution of this Agreement to be used in accordance with the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />4. Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by both CPRC and the <br />County and shall expire on June 30, 2027, unless extended by an amendment. <br /> <br />5. Amendments-Waiver. Any amendment to or modification of this Agreement and any waiver <br />of any provision hereof, shall be in writing and shall require the prior written approval of CPRC <br />and the County. <br />6. Governing Law.
