This contract may be <br />amended to allow for a program extension. <br /> <br />Reporting <br />• Biweekly to monthly Triangle Sustainability Partnership convenings. Progress reports to <br />Triangle Sustainability Partnership leadership. <br />• Written quarterly reports for Triangle Sustainability Partnership members to include status <br />on recent accomplishments in the past quarter, upcoming planned work in the next quarter, <br />timeline, budget, and any risks. <br />• Two report outs each year – including a comprehensive overview of inquiries and contractor <br />engagement by community. Communities may request up to two more reports each year, for <br />a total of four. Central Pines understands that part of the intent is to allow constituents to <br />remain up to date on project impact. <br />• Identified demographic data. <br />• Aggregated data for each community identifying how many households come to the <br />navigation site versus how many make a purchase (conversion rate). <br />• With permission, inclusion of testimonials and storytelling from participating households. <br />• The navigation vendor will also be tasked with reporting on certain items such as (but not <br />limited to): <br />o Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions <br />o Financial impacts (anticipated energy bill savings) <br />o Energy usage pre- and post-electrification <br />o Appliance preferences <br />o Common reasons for not pursuing certain electrification technologies (i.e. not a <br />priority, cost, etc.) <br /> <br />Invoicing <br /> <br />Invoicing will be issued quarterly to align with the quarterly reports. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: FE7591C6-F85F-8EB3-812A-D3E9FE0DF997
