This Agreement, unless previously terminated by <br />written notice, shall be terminated by the final payment for the finished work. <br /> <br />If Agreement is terminated, Client agrees to pay the Architect for all Services rendered and Reimbursable Expenses <br />incurred up to the date of termination. Upon not less than seven days' written notice, the Architect may suspend the <br />performance of its serv ices if the Client fails to pay the Architect in full for services rendered or expenses incurred. <br />The Architects shall have no liability because of such suspension of service or termination due to nonpayment. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br />Should the Owner request any major changes in the scope of the work after the completion of previously approved <br />phases, this work shall be performed as an additional service.
