Parking Expansion Design & CA <br />Civil : $38 ,000 <br />Architectur e : $15,800 <br />Total: $53,800 <br /> <br />The Design Fee shall be billed in the following percentages: <br /> <br />Schematic Design/ Design Development 35% 5 weeks <br />Construction Documents 40% 6 weeks <br />Bid Administration 5% 4 weeks. <br />Construction Administration 20% 24 weeks <br /> 100% 39 weeks +/- <br /> <br />HOURLY RATES: <br />All Additional Services are to be mutually determined and agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of the <br />work. Hourly rates for the Architect and Engineers shall be provided as follows: <br /> <br />Architectural: <br />Principal $ 225/hour <br />Project Manager $ 200/hour <br />Project Architect $ 175/hour <br />Project Designer $ 150/hour <br />Administrative $ 80/hour <br /> <br />NOT INCLUDED WITHIN PROPOSED FEE: <br /> Geotechnical Survey, Topographic Survey, Hazardous Materials Survey and Testing <br /> Hazardous Materials testing and removal. <br /> Construction Testing Services <br /> Special Inspection services as described in Chapter 17 of the NC Building Code. <br /> Commissioning <br /> Bilateral Amplification <br /> LEED Certification <br /> Commissioning <br /> All permit application fees <br /> <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses <br />Reimbursable expenses include, but may not be limited to, all review and permit fees, overnight postage, mileage, <br />and reproduction and printing costs with an administrative fee of twenty percent (20%).
