Contractor to provide fully engineered project plan sets to Pisgah Energy <br />(samantha.kegley@pisgahenergy.com) for approval prior to submitting permit applications. <br /> <br />Permitting <br />1. Contractor to provide all required permits and any supporting documentation, including structural <br />engineering, required for permitting. <br /> <br />Roof Warranty <br />1. Existing roof warranties must be maintained. Contractor to provide documentation from the roof <br />manufacturer stating that the existing roof warranties are still intact and in effect after the solar <br />installation is completed. <br />2. The roof manufacturer at Cedar Grove Community Center is GAF Ever Guard. <br />a. GAF can be contacted via 877-423-7663 <br /> <br />Submittals <br />1. Contractor to submit to Pisgah Energy (nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) all submittals <br />required per the plans and specifications. <br />2. Contractor to provide structural engineering as required in the specifications and as necessary for <br />permitting. <br />3. If not already included with the proposal, Contractor to submit the company safety policy to Pisgah <br />Energy (nicholas.baynard@pisgahenergy.com) for approval prior to beginning work on site. <br />4.
