Orange County, NC <br /> Asset Management Services <br />RFP – 367-OC5473 Orange County Solar Installation for Cedar Grove Community Center <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />ITB 367-OC5473 <br />Electronic proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on March 31, 2026, in the office of Orange County <br />Finance, Administrative Services, by email to Finance-Purchasing@orangecountync.gov. In the subject <br />line, include the following: Orange County Solar Installation for Cedar Grove Community Center. <br />Scope of Work: <br />The project includes installing a photovoltaic system at the Cedar Grove Community Center, located at <br />5800 NC 86 North, Cedar Grove, NC 27231. Contractors shall be responsible for the complete design, <br />procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of PV systems. <br /> <br />Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. <br /> <br />A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held for bidders on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the <br />cafeteria of the Orange Cedar Grove Community Center, located at 5800 NC Hwy 86 North, Cedar <br />Grove, NC 27231. Immediately following the pre-bid meeting, site tours will be hosted for the Cedar <br />Grove Community Center. After the meeting and initial tour, Bidders may visit the site by appointment <br />only. Interested subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend. <br />Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Orange County’s Website: <br />https://www.orangecountync.gov/Bids.aspx.
