This document will inform the BOCC of the activities each <br /> board/commission has conducted over the past year and detail a plan for future activities. <br /> These activities should be consistent with the board/commission's assigned charge and <br /> the goals identified in the Orange County Strategic Plan (Strategic Plan). They possess ultimate decision-making power over all Housing <br /> Authority programs (chiefly the Housing Choice Voucher program). <br /> 3.
