McDougald Monroe's resignation and recommend Mary Ann Peter for the At- <br />Large position running through year 2005. <br />Mary Ann Peter is a resident of Hillsborough, North Carolina and has showed an active interest <br />in the development of senior centers, senior housing and serving the older adult frail population. <br />She also has had training and a career in nursing and serves on the Durham Technical <br />Community College Board of Trustees.
