Chair Hamilton said that Jenn Sykes already serves on two other boards. Commissioner Carter asked if Jenn Sykes is due to roll off any of the other boards soon. Tara May said she would look into it. The Board agreed by consensus to appoint the recommended individuals, with the exception of Jenn Sykes. 9. Orange Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors—Appointment Discussion The Board discussed an appointment to the Orange Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors. BACKGROUND:The OWASA Board of Directors addresses a wide variety of issues, including infrastructure investment, employee compensation and benefits, finance and rate setting, customer service and affordability, environmental protection, forestry, public health, and community engagement, among others. Since this is not a county board, it does not submit an Annual Work Plan.
