22 <br /> STAFF COMMENT: The Development Advisory Committee Meeting was held on December 18, 2025, at <br /> 9:30 a.m.,via Microsoft Teams. <br /> SECOND ACTION — The Planning Board reviews the application at a regular meeting and makes a <br /> recommendation to the BOCC. <br /> STAFF COMMENT: The Planning Board reviewed this application at its regular meeting on February 4, <br /> 2026, and voted unanimously to recommend approval of the amendment. <br /> THIRD ACTION—The BOCC receives the Planning Board and staff recommendations at an advertised public <br /> hearing and makes a decision on the application. <br /> STAFF COMMENT: The public hearing is scheduled for April 7, 2026. <br /> Public Notifications: In accordance with Section 2.8.7 of the UDO, notices of the Public Hearing were <br /> mailed via first class mail to property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject parcel. These notices were <br /> mailed on March 20, 2026—18 days before the hearing. Staff also posted the subject parcel with signs on <br /> March 20, 2026—18 days before the hearing. <br /> Planning Board Recommendation: The Planning Board reviewed the Zoning Atlas Amendment at its <br /> February 4, 2026 regular meeting. At this meeting the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend <br /> approval of the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 3) and the proposed Zoning Atlas Amendment <br /> (Attachment 5), as presented. <br /> The Planning Board's signed statement of consistency is included in Attachment 3.
